Coating services
Bendpro offers a range of coating services through established industry partners to suit application, exposure and finish requirements.
Available coatings include:
Zinc plating
Provides a protective zinc layer that shields metal from corrosion and rust, improving durability and extending service life.
Powder coating
Applies a dry powder finish without solvents, delivering a durable and consistent coating suitable for a wide range of manufactured components.
Electroplating
Deposits a metal coating onto a conductive surface using electrical current to enhance corrosion resistance, appearance or functional performance where required.
Wet paint
Applies liquid paint that cures to form a protective and decorative finish suited to specific application requirements.
Galvanising
Applies a protective zinc coating to steel or iron through a hot dip or electrochemical process to prevent corrosion and extend component lifespan.
Polishing
Bendpro provides in-house polishing using a semi-automated tube polisher to deliver consistent, high-quality finishes.
