Finishing and assembly support

Our tube polishing capability manages straight or curved round tube up to 50 mm and produces uniform brushed or reflective finishes across stainless steel, aluminium and other materials. Nutserting, riveting and component assembly are available where parts need to arrive ready for installation or final fit up.
Coating services are coordinated in line with production schedules. Zinc, hot dip galvanising, powder coat and wet spray can be arranged through trusted external partners to deliver complete components with practical turnaround and consistent finish quality.
