Allen brings more than 24 years of experience at Bendpro, overseeing operations and ensuring projects are delivered with accuracy and consistency. A trade-qualified sheetmetal worker with a Certificate IV in Frontline Management, he combines deep technical knowledge with practical leadership to support reliable outcomes for clients nationwide.

Clayton - National BDM

Joining Bendpro in 2025, Clayton has brought more than 15 years of business development experience across construction and manufacturing. He builds strong client partnerships and delivers solutions that improve efficiency, reduce risk and support long-term growth.

Charles - Sales Lead

Charles supports clients with detailed product knowledge and a focus on dependable outcomes. He anticipates needs, builds strong relationships and helps ensure every job is delivered with the quality and professionalism Bendpro is known for.

Andrew - Technical Sales

Andrew bridges technical requirements and customer needs. He scopes complex projects with accuracy, provides practical solutions and ensures clients have confidence from initial discussions through to delivery.

Arina - Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Arina is a key point of contact for clients and supports both sales and marketing functions. With strong product understanding and a reliable, personable approach, she helps ensure a smooth, well-supported experience at every stage of the customer journey.

Lindsay - Sales Estimator

Lindsay delivers precise estimates with speed and attention to detail. He analyses project requirements thoroughly, provides reliable quotes efficiently, and ensures clients receive accurate pricing information to move their project forward with confidence.

Roy - Workshop Foreman

With over 13 years at Bendpro, Roy ensures the workshop runs with efficiency, accuracy and discipline. A trade-qualified sheetmetal worker proficient across all Bendpro machinery, he plays a key role in delivering consistent, high-quality results on every project.

Jose - QSE Manager

Jose leads Bendpro’s Quality, Safety and Environmental compliance programs. His focus on rigorous standards, safe work practices and environmental responsibility ensures every job aligns with Bendpro’s ISO certifications and the expectations of national industrial customers.

Samara - Admin and Accounts Manager

Samara ensures Bendpro’s operations run smoothly behind the scenes. A qualified accountant and active CPA candidate, she manages financial processes, supports leadership and strengthens operational accountability, contributing to seamless client delivery.
