February is the month of love, and here at Bendpro, we decided to spread some love through a special Valentine’s project. We decided to be creative and make something of our own, creating two beautiful hearts out of 25×3 aluminium CHS, Grade 6060 T1.
The process started with drawing up the CAD design.
We then began with bending the aluminium into shape. It took precision and expertise to get the curves just right, but our team was up for the challenge.
Once the hearts were bent, we cut them to size to ensure they were symmetrical and perfect.
Next came the welding stage, where we carefully joined the two half hearts together to form complete heart shapes. The hearts were then intertwined and welded onto a sheet of metal to create a stunning piece of art.
To finish off the project, we painted the hearts in vibrant shades of orange, and blue and painted the base white. The colours added a pop of personality and charm to the design, making it truly unique and eye-catching.
Our Valentine’s project was a labour of love from start to finish. It showcased our expertise in bending and welding aluminium, as well as our creativity when it comes to design. We hope that this special piece brings joy and happiness to all who see it.
